I'm Alive

Yes, I'm not keen on what I wear
Nor I'm concerned to have slick hair
I do hate applying those nail polish
Cause to me it's not important to look stylish
I know I'm not up to date with the prevalent vouge
But thankfully, atleast to myself, I'm not a rouge
For anyone's attention, at the cost of identify, now I no more strive
Look at me, I'm still alive

Simplicity is the gift that I've received from nature
This exquisite blessing for any creature
For this I don't need to pretend what I'm not
And to change for others is the most wicked thought
Stand tall by your character and not your heels
Yet stay grounded to see how it feels

Don't judge a book by its cover
Because I'm not defined by my makeover!!

Of beauty if you ask me!

It's a thing that reflects from deep within
It's something more than just the colour of your skin
It's the song of soul and magic of mind
To witness which you have to be a bit kind!
