Talking about Ikigai then it is a word.... a mysterious word which is basically a secret but paradoxically is known by everyone and the difference is made by those who actually follow it. People in Japan believe that everyone has an Ikigai-  that is a reason to jump out the bed each morning. The purpose of your life is to find a purpose And Ikigai is that very purpose of your life.....!
This secret is very significant in countries like okinawa which has huge population of centenarians not just living lives beyond hundred years but living healthy lives
They have found the purpose and in the pursuit  of fulfilling it they have defined a new age line!!!
The basic secret lies in the food they eat ( a huge variety on an average of 206 foods and they eat 18 different types of food on daily average), the frequency of their meals and most importantly it hoe much you eat ( just the 80% of what their bodies actually demand ).
The next secret is about maintaining a flow.
It is the state in which people are so involved in an activity that nothing else seems to matter, the experience itself is so enjoyable that people with do it at any cost for the sake of doing it! The steps to attain this flow can be summarised as:
1. Choose a difficult task
2. Have a clear objective
3. Concentrate on a single task
And definitely will end up enjoying it!
Another significant secret can be attributed to having social skills. People in okinawa almost celebrate each day! And together!
According to some centenarians the reason of longevity is in:
1. Not worring
2. Cultivating good habits
3. Nurturing friendship
4. Living an unhurried life
5. Being optimistic
And the very final secret lies in exercising your body and mind.

One thing that everyone with a clearly defined Ikigai has in common is that they pursue their passion no matter what, they never give up even if the situation turns out to be unfavorable!

1. Stay active, don't retire.
2. Take it slow.
3. Don't fill your stomach.
4. Surround yourself with good friends.
5. Get in shape for your next birthday.
6. Smile.
7. Reconnect with nature.
8. Give thanks.
9. Live in the moment.
10. Follow your IKIGAI.

See you knew it all and yet its a secret until you really follow it!
